Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based in Bournemouth. The business undertakes projects across education, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. As a result of recent project wins, the company is expanding its team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities- Manage sub‑contract procurement
- Manage sub‑contractor accounts on site, including variations
- Prepare and manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
- Deal with final accounts
- HNC or construction‑related degree
- Experience administering JCT form of contract
- Full right to work in the UK
- Residency within commutable distance to Bournemouth
- Salary up to £70,000
- Company car / car allowance
