Kenton Black is seeking a Freelance Site Manager for a £9m industrial/logistics new build scheme in the UK. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will oversee all onsite activities and coordinate/subcontract packages, with a strong focus on Health & Safety.
You will manage external envelope, internal fitout, cladding, roofing, PV, prowall, curtain wall, windows, docks, internal slab and office fitout, ensuring programmes, quality and budget targets are met.
