Role: Copywriter

Location: Bournemouth, England, United Kingdom

We’re looking for someone who can think big, move fast, and create ideas that feel native to social but scale across every channel. You’ll work on new business wins and existing clients, creating everything from social‑first activations to integrated campaigns. If you’re culturally plugged‑in, love social, and want to push boundaries with AI‑powered creativity, this is your chance to make an impact.

We’re also looking for a junior art director – so welcome applications from creative teams.

• Develop big ideas that start on social but scale across integrated campaigns.
• Craft scripts, headlines, and campaign messaging that feel culturally relevant.
• Collaborate with a junior art director to deliver bold, exciting work.
• Write platform‑native copy for Tik Tok, Instagram, and emerging channels.
• Bring fresh thinking to new business pitches and help win exciting accounts.
• Work across a diverse mix of industries – fashion, food, tech, and more.
• Experiment with AI tools to enhance ideation and execution.

• Someone who’s grown up on Tik Tok and knows what makes content shareable.
• Experience at a social‑first agency is a big plus.
• Enthusiasm to embrace AI‑driven creativity is a must.
• Gen Z perspective: culturally fluent, trend‑savvy, and bold.
