Designer

Bournemouth, England, United Kingdom
- Produce beautiful and innovative designs for client websites, e-commerce pages (A+ and Shopalyst), and social media channels.
- Own the full design lifecycle from concept to execution, delivering high-quality results that align with client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and the client’s marketing strategy to deliver impactful results, promoting products and brands.
- Pitch creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
- Oversee and manage the preparation of finished files that comply with correct output specifications.
- 4 to 6 years of experience.
- Expertise in beauty and skincare brands; at least 1+ year of relevant experience in skincare/beauty brands.
- A passion for design and conception with strong layout, typography, and idea-generation skills.
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion.
- Proven ability to deliver design projects within agreed deadlines with attention to detail.
- Experience working closely with clients during kick-off and throughout projects.
- Ability to contribute innovative ideas while working within diverse design guidelines across various collateral.
- Strong client liaison and ability to develop ongoing client relationships.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills.
- Understanding of design principles and awareness of UX, UI and responsive design trends (ideal but not essential).
- After Effects knowledge is a bonus.
- In-house and digital-focused design experience, with retouching skills to mid-level.
- Experience creating in-house content; collaboration and teamwork mindset.
- Interest in AI and new technologies; ability to learn and adapt to AI tools.
