Studio Glass is an award-winning design studio based on the south coast of England. We partner with ambitious brands to define who they are through strategic thinking and thoughtful design. We're entering an exciting period of growth, with several brand projects kicking off over the coming months. As a small studio, we work collaboratively, move quickly and care deeply about the quality of our work.

We're looking for an experienced freelance Brand Designer to join us and become an extension of the team.

We're looking for a talented freelance designer to support the studio across a range of branding projects. You'll work closely with our founders, helping shape brand identities from concept through to delivery. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys crafting thoughtful, well‑considered design and thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Developing visual identities from strategic direction
• Exploring logo and identity concepts
• Creating typography, colour and graphic systems
• Designing presentations and client‑facing documents
• Applying identities across digital and print touchpoints
• Collaborating with the founders throughout the creative process

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years' experience working in branding or identity design
• Has a strong portfolio of brand identity work
• Thinks conceptually, not just visually
• Has excellent typography, layout and craft skills
• Is confident working in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
• Can work independently while collaborating closely with the team
• Has excellent attention to detail and enjoys refining ideas
• Motion, Figma or illustration skills are a bonus, but not essential

• £250 per day for a couple of months
• Flexible working. Remote, hybrid or from our Bournemouth studio
