Coda Music and Arts Trust in Christchurch, Dorset, is seeking a Creative Programme Director (Music) to shape and lead our inclusive music offerings. The role is part-time (3 days a week) and on-site, focusing on high-quality projects that support learning, wellbeing and community engagement.
You will design, plan and deliver engaging music programmes, coordinate tutors and partners, manage budgets, monitor outcomes and report to funders.
