Junior Creative

The agency Well established creative agency based in Bournemouth partnering with some of the world’s biggest brands across technology, cyber security, finance and insurance, creating campaigns, content and digital experiences that make complex businesses impossible to ignore.

The Role We’re looking for a junior creative who combines strong conceptual thinking with a genuine passion for AI-enabled creativity. You will have at least 1-2 years experience as creative/art director You’ll work alongside strategists, writers, designers and motion creatives to develop ideas that solve real business problems. AI should already be part of how you explore, prototype and craft your work—but you’ll also know when great thinking, taste and human judgement matter most.

As Junior Creative you will develop creative ideas across integrated campaigns, digital, social and content. You will be expected to use AI tools to explore concepts, accelerate ideation and enhance creative execution. We are looking for a junior creative who is curious and knows how to connect ideas, people, AI tools, technology and human insight into work that's smarter, more original and more effective.

Please note the role is on-site Experience and skills for the Junior Creative role;
You’ll have 1–2 years’ experience in an agency, studio or similar environment, and a portfolio that shows us how you think as well as what you can make. Confidence with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar. Experience experimenting with generative AI tools. Experience in supporting (or creating) motion or video content. Experience in creating digital and social assets. Curiosity, ambition and a willingness to learn.

Great visual taste and attention to detail. A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge ideas – including your own. Salary in range of £28-32K depending on experience, on-site role based in Bournemouth
