Com; an award‑winning, market‑leading telecoms company undergoing an exciting period of growth. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Billing Administrator to join our billing team. As a Billing Administrator, you will assist the billing team leader with setting up new customer bills, work closely with other departments and team members daily, resolve issues promptly, manage customers' expectations, and ensure excellent customer service throughout.

Responsibilities
  • Set up new customer bills.
  • Input customer billing information into our bespoke CRM system.
  • Handle all customer queries relating to any bills.
  • Support the monthly billing process.
  • Escalate any complaints in a timely and efficient manner to the Team Leader.
  • General administration duties.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service and administration environment.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience with in a complaints or customer retention department will be advantageous.
  • Organised and proficient in both written and verbal communication.
