Amazon is seeking a Delivery Service Liaison at one of our last‑mile warehouses to ensure missed deliveries are resolved and customer queries are handled effectively. You will be in direct contact with customers, warehouse teams and delivery partners to provide guidance and fast solutions.
You’ll work a rotating schedule (Wed–Sat 10:00 AM–8:45 PM or Sun–Wed 10:00 AM–8:45 PM) and build deep logistics expertise to improve the customer experience daily.
