Nourish Care is seeking a Customer Success Operations Manager to own how we define, measure and ope rationalise customer health. This is a hands-on role to design and implement a data-led model that replaces subjective judgments with clear, measurable signals across usage, engagement, NPS and expansion opportunities.
You will embed health scoring and dashboards into CRM and CS platforms, enabling scalable, proactive customer success in a scaling SaaS environment.
