• Hours: Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays

• Serving as the primary point of contact for retail and corporate customers, delivering a seamless check-in and vehicle handover experience.
• Creating accurate job cards for technicians and translating technical diagnostic reports into plain, easy-to-understand options for customers.
• Identifying upsell opportunities for essential maintenance, service plans, and accessories to consistently meet individual and team targets.
• Managing the day-to-day workshop schedule alongside the service manager to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
• Processing customer invoices, taking payments, and accurately managing warranty claim documentation.

This role is based in Bournemouth, making it an easy commute from Poole, Christchurch, Ferndown, and Wimborne Minster.
