Customer Support Agent x 3 – Finance Software - Expanding team due to gorwth

Location:

Bournemouth – fully office-based Salary: £33,000 I’m recruiting for three Customer Support Agents to join a fast-growing finance software business in Bournemouth.

Key Responsibilities Respond to customer queries via phone, email and online support channels. Help customers resolve issues, providing clear guidance and a positive support experience. Investigate problems, identify solutions and escalate more complex issues when needed. Manage customer requests efficiently, keeping records accurate and up to date. Learn and navigate software systems to help customers use them effectively. Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve queries and share knowledge.

Embrace new technology and AI tools to improve the customer experience and ways of working. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer service, customer support or a similar customer-facing role. Excellent communication skills and a professional, helpful approach. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Confidence using computer systems and learning new technology. Good organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment.

Desirable Experience Experience using CRM systems, ticketing platforms or customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar. Experience supporting customers across multiple channels. An interest in technology, software or digital tools. Finance, accounting or business software knowledge.
