M Dental are currently assisting an independent, mixed dental practice in Bournemouth, Dorset to recruit a Dental Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and patient-focused individual to work in a supportive, modern practice with opportunities to develop skills across administration and practice management.

Part-time – 4 days per week:
Monday, Thursday, Friday & SaturdayWorking hours to be discussed
Rate of pay negotiable depending on experience

Computerised SOE practice (transitioning to Dentally soon)

The Dental Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a key role in ensuring smooth practice operations.
Responsibilities include:
Liaising with the Practice Manager
Reception duties and patient care
Adhering to CQC, GDPR & NHS clinical governance standards
Carrying out audits and assisting with marketing initiatives
Working efficiently to deadlines and supporting the wider team
Previous dental reception experience required
Proficient in SOE / Dentally systems
Valid DBS certificate required
Patient-focused, organised, and self-motivated
