Position: Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician
LB Design Recruitment are working with a well-established, design-led architectural practice based in the Bournemouth area is seeking an Architectural Technologist or Technician to join its growing technical team.

This medium-sized studio has built a strong reputation across Dorset and the South Coast for delivering thoughtful, well-resolved residential architecture. Their portfolio spans volume housing developments, high-end apartment schemes, private homes and mixed-use projects, combining strong design principles with technical excellence.

Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of work, they are looking to strengthen their technical delivery team.

You will be joining the technical team, working on the production and coordination of detailed drawing packages across residential projects of varying scale and complexity.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years’ UK post-qualification experience

* Strong experience working on UK residential projects

* Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit would be advantageous

* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

* Strong technical and coordination skills

* Ability to work effectively within a team environment

This is a full-time, office based position. The studio is well located within walking distance of the train station. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
