Develops high‑fidelity prototypes to illustrate design concepts and user interactions. Collaborates with Product Manager and Lead Developer from initial discovery through to iteration, ensuring feasibility, value and best‑in‑class standards of our design solutions.
  • User Testing: Plans and conducts usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes. Analyses user feedback and metrics to iterate on and improve the design. Presents findings and suggestions to both commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Works closely with Product Managers to align on user needs, product goals, and business objectives. Partners with Lead Developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and effectively. Facilitates design discussions and workshops to foster a shared understanding of user‑centric principles within the team.
  • Documentation: Documents design processes, decisions, and guidelines to ensure continuity and clarity. Creates detailed design specifications and handoff documents for development.
