• Provide comprehensive flight instruction to trainees pursuing licenses and ratings
• Maintain accurate training records and trainee progress reports in compliance with aviation authority regulations
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance personal qualifications and ratings
• Perform pre‑flight and post‑flight briefings, emphasising critical learning points and areas for improvement
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism

• Hold a current Unrestricted Flight Instructor Certificate
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to aviation education and safety
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to trainees
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Previous experience as a flight instructor is preferred but not required

• £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Fully bonded sponsorship for additional ratings, including potential hour building on multi‑engine piston aircraft on Piper Seminoles in Florida
