• Oversee EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) and liaise with external agencies.
• Support and train classroom teachers in delivering inclusive lessons.
• Work with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.

• A qualified SENCO (or a teacher willing to complete the NASENCO qualification).
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing SEN provision in a secondary setting.
• Knowledge of SEND legislation, EHCP processes, and inclusive teaching strategies.
• Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
