Are you an ambitious commercially aware Early Career Teacher with a passion for business finance and enterprise education A high-achieving secondary school and sixth form in Bournemouth is seeking an enthusiastic ECT in Business to join their well-regarded Business & Economics department from September.

As an ECT specialising in Business you will contribute to the teaching of Business Studies at KS4 and potentially KS5. You will help students understand core concepts such as marketing operations finance human resources and entrepreneurshipp>

• Delivering engaging curriculum-aligned Business lessons
• Supporting students with exam preparation and coursework
• Using real-world business case studies to deepen learning
• Contributing to departmental planning and assessment design
• Supporting Business enrichment activities such as enterprise clubs competitions or talks
• Using assessment data to guide teaching and identify next steps
• Participating fully in ECT mentoring CPD and whole-school training
