Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Permanent)
Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across Early Years and KS2. This role involves delivering lessons, leading interventions, and working closely with teachers and pupils to raise achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver planned lessons and learning activities under teacher supervision.
Support pupils individually, in small groups, and whole-class settings.
Monitor and report on pupil progress.
Assist with planning, assessment, and classroom :

HLTA status or equivalent qualification (NVQ Level 3 or higher).
Strong literacy and numeracy skills (Level 2 or above).
Experience supporting learning across multiple age groups.
Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
