Are you passionate about sports and inspiring students to lead active, healthy lives? A fantastic opportunity awaits you in Bournemouth as GSL Education are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join a local school as a Physical Education Teaching Assistant immediately.

As a PE Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with PE teachers to support students in physical education lessons and extracurricular activities. This role offers a chance to encourage fitness, teamwork, and confidence in young learners.

• Assist in delivering engaging and inclusive PE lessons.
• Support students during practical activities and sports events.
• Help set up and maintain sports equipment and facilities.
• Provide one‑on‑one or small group support to students who need extra guidance.
• Promote a safe, positive, and motivating environment for physical activity.

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or sports setting is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and supportive approach to working with students.
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, or Sports Coaching is advantageous but not essential.

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up‑to‑date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
