The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set work when teachers are absent. No planning required - just confidence, organisation, and a positive attitude.

You will:

Supervise classes and keep students on task

Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

Provide support and guidance where needed

Ensure a safe and productive learning environment

Strong communication and classroom presence

A calm, professional, and adaptable approach

Reliability and willingness to get involved

A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
