As a supply teacher, you will have the opportunity to work across various primary schools and subjects throughout Bournemouth and surrounding areas and provide vital support in maintaining a high standard of education. Whether you’re seeking full-time or part-time roles, we offer flexible placements that can suit your availability.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum in Primary schools across Key Stages 1 and 2
Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning environment.
Assessing student performance and providing feedback.
Welcoming students and creating a positive atmosphere in the classroom.

Requirements

To apply for the Supply Teacher position, you must meet the following criteria:

Hold a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and have relevant teaching qualifications.
Be happy to work across KS1 and KS2
Possess an Enhanced DBS check or be willing to obtain one through our service.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Exhibit excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Please be aware that this Supply Teacher role requires a solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful candidates must undergo all necessary background checks, including an enhanced child DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
