? What You'll Be Doing

You will:

• Lead whole-class teaching during PPA, leadership time, or teacher absence
• Deliver targeted small-group and one-to-one interventions
• Prepare and adapt engaging learning materials to maintain seamless continuity
• Help pupils grow in independence, confidence, and self-esteem
• Support with monitoring and recording pupil progress
• Work closely with pupils with SEND, following IEPs/EHCPs and tailored interventions
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Build strong relationships across staff, pupils, and families

? We'd Love to Hear from You If You:

• Are nurturing, engaging, and bring positivity (and a sense of humour!) to the classroom
• Hold - or are working towards - HLTA status or a relevant Level 4 qualification (preferred but not essential for the right person)
• Have GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade C+)
• Are confident delivering lessons and leading learning
• Are ambitious for children and committed to helping them thrive
• Want to grow your skills in a supportive, forward-thinking environment
