  • Act as a positive role model at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, ADHD, Autism, trauma, or behavioural needs (school or alternative provision experience desirable)
  • A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Knowledge of trauma‑informed practice (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to inclusion and restorative approaches
Essential Personality Traits

  • Consistent and fair – providing clear boundaries and predictable support
  • Observant and reflective – able to identify triggers and adapt approaches
