Nursery Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a rich and engaging Early Years curriculum in line with the EYFS Framework.
• Foster a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes exploration and development.
• Support children’s personal, social, and emotional growth through play‑based learning.
• Track and report on progress, identifying next steps for learning.
• Collaborate with EYFS staff, SENCOs, and parents to support each child’s development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent EYFS teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching in a Nursery or Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
• A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early child development.
