Team Leader & Lecturer – Progression

Full‑time, permanent position within the Foundation Studies team at Bournemouth Campus.

• Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of Progression courses (Entry Level to Level
  2)
• Inspire and support a team of passionate teaching staff
• Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that help students succeed
• Play a key role in student recruitment, progress and outcomes
• Support learners with a range of needs, including those facing barriers to education
• Drive a positive, supportive and high‑performing learning environment

• Passionate educator with a track record of delivering high‑quality teaching
• Experience supporting young people, particularly those with additional or pastoral needs
• Confident in leading and motivating others
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively and create a positive learning culture
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Committed to inclusion, safeguarding and student success
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one) and relevant subject expertise are essential
