The Bourne Academy in Bournemouth is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker on a fixed term basis. You will play a key role in supporting positive student conduct around the school through effective behaviour management and assistance to the pastoral team.
Responsibilities include supervising students during transitions, managing behaviour throughout the school day, and assisting with after-school detentions. This role is term-time only with a 37-hour workweek for one year. Suitable candidates should have experience in support roles within educational environments.
