We are seeking a highly motivated and committed Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in a mainstream setting. You will work closely with class teachers, the SENDCO and external professionals to help children access the curriculum, build independence, and thrive socially and emotionally alongside their peers.
This is a new role created to strengthen our SEN provision, and we are looking for someone who brings previous SEN experience and has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. From September 2026, we will also be launching a brand new DfE Free Breakfast Club. You will be expected to support the setting up and supervision of this breakfast club daily, alongside other colleagues.
