Dorset Council is seeking an ELSA Teaching Assistant Level 3 at St Clement’s & St John’s CE Infant School in Bournemouth. The role involves supporting pupils' social, emotional, and mental health through targeted ELSA interventions and contributing to teaching quality.
The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about working with children and will benefit from support for an ELSA apprenticeship. This role is for 31.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, across 39 weeks a year, starting on 1 September 2026.
