Drama Teacher – Ofsted 'Outstanding' School Start

About the Role:
We
are seeking a passionate, dynamic, and creative Drama Teacher to
join our outstanding performing arts department at an Ofsted
‘Outstanding’ rated school. As a Drama Teacher, you will inspire
students from KS3 to KS5 to engage with the world of drama,
fostering their creativity, critical thinking, and self-expression.
You will be responsible for delivering exciting and innovative
drama lessons that challenge students and encourage them to develop
a deep understanding of theatrical arts.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Deliver engaging and stimulating drama lessons across KS3 to KS5,
encouraging creativity and performance skills.
• Plan and produce
school productions, showcasing student talent and fostering
teamwork.
• Develop students' communication, presentation, and
collaboration skills through performance-based activities. •
Provide constructive feedback to help students improve and succeed
in their drama studies.
• Contribute to the continued growth and
development of the drama department and curriculum.
• Create a
positive, inclusive, and dynamic classroom environment where
students feel supported and confident to express themselves. About

About You:
To be considered for this
role, you will need:
• A degree in Drama or a related subject.
• A
formal teaching qualification with QTS (PGCE, etc.).
• Proven
experience teaching drama at KS3 and KS5, with a passion for
nurturing students' creativity.
• Strong communication and
organisational skills, with a commitment to achieving high
standards in both teaching and performance.
• A positive,
forward-thinking approach to teaching and learning, with a focus on
inspiring and empowering students.
