and interactive teaching tools. Your Role as a Religious Studies
ECT Plan and deliver engaging Religious Studies lessons to Key
Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. Teach topics covering philosophy,
ethics, and world religions, encouraging independent thinking. Work
closely with an experienced mentor, refining your teaching skills
through regular training. Inspire students to engage in ethical
discussions and question societal issues. Lead extracurricular
activities, including debate clubs, ethics workshops, and guest
speaker events.
What We Are Looking For A Religious Studies
graduate with QTS (or working towards it). A passion for
philosophy, theology, and ethics. A teacher who encourages critical
thinking and open-minded discussion. A collaborative and innovative
educator eager to contribute to a dynamic department.
