Whether you are already an experienced Cover Supervisor, or a Coach looking to switch it up, or even someone with the right personality and adaptability who wants to start their journey into education. • Deliver pre prepared work to the class
• Maintain behaviour and task focus
• Support students learning
• Provide feedback to the class teacher
• Ensure a safe and positive educational environment

• Have a passion for education
• Comfortable teaching a range of subjects
• The ability to be adaptable and flexible
• Have a calm and patient demeanour
• Be able to build good repour with both staff and pupil
• Enjoy a fast paced, and ever-changing environment
• Have school based experience (Not essential)
