About The Role

Are you passionate about supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential and succeed in their chosen profession? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Apprenticeship Assessor to support learners throughout their apprenticeship journey. In this key role, you will work closely with apprentices, employers and academic colleagues to assess progress, provide constructive feedback, and ensure the successful achievement of apprenticeship standards and programme outcomes.

You will also identify and assess individual learning needs, supporting the regulatory assessment process for apprentices who may require additional support, and contribute to the implementation and monitoring of recommended support strategies. Through collaborative working and a learner-centred approach, you will help apprentices overcome barriers to success, develop confidence and independence, and achieve their academic and professional goals while contributing to an inclusive and high-quality apprenticeship experience at Bournemouth University.

This position does not meet the eligibility requirements for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route within the UK Visa and Immigration Service’s Points Based System.
