We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, proactive, and committed Graduate Teaching Assistants and Student Support Assistants to work across a variety of educational settings, including:
Mainstream Primary Schools, Mainstream Secondary Schools, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Schools. These roles are primarily full‑time (08:30–15:30); however, part‑time arrangements will be considered for the right candidates. This flexibility allows you to gain invaluable experience while balancing your academic commitments where needed.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant or Student Support Assistant, you will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils with a range of learning needs.
Responsibilities- Supporting classroom learning under teacher guidance
- Delivering targeted interventions in subjects such as English and Maths
- Assisting pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs
- Supporting students with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
- Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
- Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Currently enrolled at university (all years welcome)
- Availability between 08:30–15:30
- Experience working with children or young people (voluntary or professional)
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient, proactive, and positive approach
£94-£100 per day
