Position: Electrical Supervisor (£47,276.78 - £48,459.53 per annum, permanent 40 hours per week)

Reporting to the Repairs Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a team of electricians, ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of electrical services across BCHA properties. This includes planned and reactive maintenance, testing and inspection, improvement works, fault diagnosis, installations and compliance activities.

As Electrical Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of electricians.
  • Ensure compliance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and all statutory electrical requirements.
  • Oversee electrical testing, inspections, EICRs and certification.
  • Carry out quality audits and inspections of electrical work.
  • Act as the NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and support annual assessments.
  • Manage work programmes, contractor performance and work-in-progress.
  • Promote a strong health and safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation and company procedures.
