You will be able to shape engineering delivery across complex aerospace programmes, giving you clear scope to influence technical direction and long-term fleet performance. This role offers the chance to lead multidisciplinary teams with confidence and build a platform for continued progression.

• Security Check clearance eligibility
• Background in engineering delivery within a regulated environment, including CAA and Military Aviation Authority framework.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical decision-making

• Lead engineering delivery activity across design, airworthiness, manufacturing and maintenance functions
• Provide authoritative technical guidance for programme delivery
• Support bid activity and shape technical solutions with stakeholders
• Manage engineering risk, regulatory compliance and performance targets

• Apprenticeship or degree in aeronautical, electrical or mechanical engineering
• Strong understanding of civil and defence regulatory frameworks
• Ability to navigate changing environments and maintain programme stability
• Clear communication skills with senior stakeholders
