MMB has been named a capital delivery partner on two multi-million-pound ‘lots’ that will see the company deliver projects across the region through to 2030 - with the potential for a five-year extension into AMP9 thereafter. Set for record investment in AMP8 – more than double that of AMP7 – MMB will bring its strong track record of innovation and direct-delivery to drive a programme of work.

We will be delivering schemes located around Bournemouth, Poole and South Dorset area.

• Working collaboratively with the design and commercial teams to enhance delivery efficiency and promote opportunities while managing risk
• Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client
• Involvement with site level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&S reporting
• Informing the client about project progress and addressing any concerns
• Acting as a Temporary Works Coordinator, overseeing the installation of temporary works to ensure compliance with design specifications.

• CSCS, SSSTS/ SMSTS
• HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Understand civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
