Draken is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) to ensure the safe and compliant operation of Part-145 aircraft maintenance activities. Based in Bournemouth, this role involves supervising aircraft maintenance, promoting a safety-first culture, and ensuring all technical staff adhere to proper duties. Ideal candidates will have an unrestricted CAA licence, over 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, and excellent communication skills.
