Matchtech is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for our local authority client in the South West. The role focuses on flood and coastal capital projects, offering a long-term contract with hybrid working (two days in office per week).
You will assess compensation events, advise on early warning solutions, monitor budgets and forecast scenarios, and scrutinise contractor forecasts during design. NEC experience and PRINCE2/APM familiarity are advantageous.
