Your efforts will foster a vibrant, engaging atmosphere that encourages guests to return time and again. You’ll create memorable experiences through thoughtful service and a friendly demeanour and will set the tone for a fantastic gaming adventure for every visitor. Skills & Experience Needed:
An understanding of the overall standard of the electronic gaming offer within the unit & those factors which impact its contribution to the business, together with a willingness to learn more about this product area.

Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.

A positive attitude, great customer service and social skills. A willingness to be a team player, ensuring high customer service standards are delivered.
