An exciting opportunity fo r an experienced risk, accounts, and compliance-focused individual to join our Chartered and award-winning IFA practice in Bournemouth.

The successful candidate will be employed as an assistant to support the Head of Risk & Operations. The role is to provide support across a wide range of duties and with particular focus on accounts, risk, and compliance. Expected for such a role, you will have a control-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to own tasks through to completion.

The role will report to the Head of Risk & Operations.

Full-Time Permanent Position:

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Supporting the Head of Risk & Operations in driving positive outcomes.
• Compliance initiatives to include topics across;
  Consumer Duty, Business Risk Assessments, Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance MI, Complaints Management, Policy Reviews, Reg Data Returns, and much more.
• Support key projects and initiatives.

Essential requirements and experience:

• Strong operational risk and compliance background.
• Strong IT skills, including the proficient use of Microsoft.
• Excellent attention to detail across written and numeric-related tasks.
