Collaborate with global stakeholders, enhance client service, and help shape the future of finance solutions through process improvement and automation.

As a Trading Services Associate within JPMorgan

Chase, you will play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of client revenue payments. ASF Securities Lending is a product line within Trading Services, providing securities lending services to institutional investors such as pension funds, mutual funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies and central banks.

As an Operations Associate within ASF Securities Lending, you will proactively support the Client crediting cycles, ensuring all clients are paid and controls are maintained. Building and maintaining strong relationships across internal teams from Global Ops, Product, Relationship Managers plus partnering within Custody and the wider firm.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across Securities Services to support Client crediting for Lending and Business Model expansion, including implementation of processes for Finance Solutions rapid growth and scalability plans.

Job responsibilities
  • Understand and execute payments for the Monthly Client Crediting cycles and associated processes across Lending Clients accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong partnership with global Relationship Managers to identify more effective processes to improve Client Service.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain Client-driven & Stakeholder requests.
  • Maintain a client-first culture.
  • Maintain Standard operating processes.
  • Proactively participate in the development of new automation tools to enhance controls and improve scalability.
