The ReEntry program offers experienced professionals who are currently on an extended career break of at least two years the support and resources needed to relaunch their careers. The 15‑week fellowship program begins April 20, 2026 and ends July 31, 2026 with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment at the end of the program.

What We Look For
  • Accomplished individuals who are currently on a voluntary career break for at least 2 years and wish to return full time to the Commercial & Investment Banking team
  • Creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem‑solving, planning and organizational skills
  • Individuals with strong interpersonal skills who can communicate effectively in presentations, express complex financial strategies in an organized and articulate manner, and bring relevant experience for the Line of Business
  • The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establish strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program
