A growing Wealth Management practice in Bournemouth is looking to appoint a Client Support Specialist to support its adviser team following continued business growth.
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering long‑term stability within a professional and supportive environment. Office‑based is preferred, although hybrid working can be considered for experienced candidates.
The Role- Booking annual reviews and client meetings
- Preparing meeting packs and completing AML / s
- Processing new business, top‑ups and replacement cases
- Handling fund switches, encashments and drawdown reviews
- Liaising with advisers, paraplanners and providers
- Managing client and adviser requests
- Maintaining accurate records on Salesforce
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple cases at once
- Professional and client‑focused approach
- Good IT skills (CRM experience beneficial)
- Salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid working considered for experienced candidates
- Long‑term opportunity within wealth management
