Better is seeking a Finance Manager in Bournemouth to oversee financial reporting, budgeting and compliance, ensuring the integrity of our financial information. You will partner with the leadership team to monitor performance, model scenarios and drive improvements across the business.
Bring strong Excel skills, experience with Xero or Sage, and excellent stakeholder communication. CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualifications are preferred but not essential; UK work eligibility is required.
