This role offers a clear and defined progression path creating an exceptional opportunity for the successful candidate to develop into a future finance leadership position. What You'll Be Doing As a Senior Management Accountant, you'll take ownership of key areas of the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and insightful management information. Deliver accurate management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis Support month-end, year-end, and compliance activities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Manage balance sheet integrity, fixed assets, and financial controls Coordinate audit and statutory reporting requirements Drive process improvements and finance transformation projects Partner with the business to support performance and decision-making Develop and mentor finance team members Experience and Qualifications Qualified or studying Accountant (CIMA, ACCA)
