Client Services Adviser Up to £40,000

We're working with a well-established financial services business looking to recruit a Level 4 qualified Client Services Adviser to join their growing team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 4 qualified adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing high-quality, ongoing advice. The role focuses on managing and nurturing an established client base rather than generating new business, making it ideal for someone who enjoys the relationship side of financial advice rather than a traditional sales-driven role.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with an established client portfolio Conduct client reviews and provide ongoing financial advice Identify opportunities to support clients as their circumstances and financial needs evolve Prepare and deliver compliant recommendations and new business where appropriate Maintain high standards of client service and documentation Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their needs remain at the heart of the service Requirements:
Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser / IFA Strong client service and relationship-building skills Good knowledge across pensions, investments, and wider financial planning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality Client-focused approach with a genuine interest in supporting clients over the long term Previous experience in an employed adviser or client-facing financial services role would be advantageous What's on Offer £35,000-£40,000 basic salary 10% bonus based on client service and quality targets 30% share of initial advice fees on new business written 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme and Death in Service benefit Perkbox benefits Hybrid working - 3 days office-based and 2 days from home Genuine long-term career progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 4 qualified adviser who wants to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes and developing trusted relationships, without the pressure of continually building their own client bank.
