Senior Management Accountant

Senior Management Accountant required for an international technology and manufacturing company providing highly engineered products and solutions to customers across diverse global markets. As a Senior Management Accountant, you’ll take ownership of key areas of the accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, robust controls, and insightful management information.

• Deliver accurate management accounts, reporting, and financial analysis
• Support month-end, year-end, and compliance activities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Manage balance sheet integrity, fixed assets, and financial controls
• Coordinate audit and statutory reporting requirements
• Drive process improvements and finance transformation projects
• Partner with the business to support performance and decision-making
• Develop and mentor finance team members

• Qualified or studying Accountant (CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience with in management accounting, finance business partnering, or a senior accounting role
• Strong experience working with complex ERP systems
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve complex accounting issues
• Sound understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and compliance requirements
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or supervising finance team members
