Client Services Adviser

We're working with a well-established financial services business looking to recruit a Level 4 qualified Client Services Adviser to join their growing team in Bournemouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 4 qualified adviser who enjoys building long-term client relationships and providing high-quality, ongoing advice. The role focuses on managing and nurturing an established client base rather than generating new business, making it ideal for someone who enjoys the relationship side of financial advice rather than a traditional sales-driven role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with an established client portfolio
• Conduct client reviews and provide ongoing financial advice
• Identify opportunities to support clients as their circumstances and financial needs evolve
• Prepare and deliver compliant recommendations and new business where appropriate
• Maintain high standards of client service and documentation
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and ensure their needs remain at the heart of the service

Requirements:

• Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser / IFA
• Strong client service and relationship-building skills
