Senior Cardiac Cath Lab Radiographer (Bank)

Senior Cardiac Radiographer – Cardiac Cath Lab – Bournemouth Hospital. Cardiology – Bank (Ad hoc – Part time). Up to £21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Deliver a high‑quality diagnostic imaging service for cardiology patients, working with leading practitioners and cutting‑edge equipment. You will be responsible for scoping to develop policies, supervising and developing junior colleagues, and ensuring the service of the highest quality with sensitivity and compassion. Experience in cardio/cath lab is essential.

• See each patient as an individual, offering understanding and empathy
• Deliver a high‑quality diagnostic imaging service for Cardiology patients
• Work with leading practitioners and cutting‑edge practices, equipment and facilities
• Carry out scoping to develop policies and procedures
• Supervise and develop junior colleagues
• Ensure a service of the highest quality is delivered with sensitivity and compassion
• Experience of working in Cardiology and Cath Lab

• BSc degree in diagnostic radiography (or equivalent)
• Postgraduate qualification
• High levels of technical knowledge
• Radiation Protection Supervisor training and qualification (preferable)
• Ability to work accurately and compassionately

• Relevant previous experience in cardiac radiography/cath lab
